When connection locally we recommend to use "appsolutionsusa.com" as your 'server name'.

When connecting remotely to MS SQL databases, you should use port 8070. In Management Studio, for example, under 'server name', you should enter: appsolutionsusa.com,8070.

Note: All databases are SQL Server 2005, not 2000.
